Pre‑Order, Shipping & Returns

Some of our items are made-to-order or restocked on demand. When placing a pre-order, you’ll see the estimated fulfillment window (e.g., “Ships in 3-5 weeks”). Payment is collected in full at the time your pre-order is placed. Once your item is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. The shipping window begins once the order is fulfilled.

Changes & Cancellations

Pre-orders may be changed or canceled within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, all sales are considered final.

Address Accuracy
